Reservation policy

Special rates are negotiable for long stays and groups booking both bungalows. Please contact on +94 773 290 999 for more details.
To confirm reservation, 20% deposit is required, 50% deposit is required for reservations during the months of January, April, July, August, and December. Balance of payment – to be made preferably 4 weeks prior to arrival
Reservations can be quoted for / made on a B/B, H/B, F/B basis
We offer lets on a short and long term basis. Minimum stay is 2 days.
Single rooms can sometimes be let in the two houses, by application
Check in time is after 12 noon
Check out time is 10:30 a.m
(flexible depending on availability; please make your request early)

Payment

Bank charges must be on your account. Credit cards are accepted (Visa and Mastercard)

Cancellation Policy

Provided we can let the villa for the period booked by you, your money will be refunded less a cancellation fee of 20%.
On request we will transfer booking to a new date depending on availability, providing the request is made not less than 2 months prior to the original date of booking. We will try to accommodate all reasonable requests.
